Crockpot Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage Rolls - CrockPotYield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1½ - 2 cups (1 small head) cauliflower rice
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:

  1. Steam cabbage.
  2. Mix hamburger, cauliflower rice, onion, seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Fill each leaf with approximately ¼ cup mixture.
  4. Roll up each leaf like a burrito.
  5. Spoon a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of pan..
  6. Add the cabbage rolls, seam-side down.
  7. Poured the rest of the sauce on top.
  8. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6 in crock pot.
  9. You can also freeze these for later use! This made 12 cabbage rolls for me.
