Crockpot Cabbage Rolls
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 cabbage
- 1½ - 2 cups (1 small head) cauliflower rice
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
- Steam cabbage.
- Mix hamburger, cauliflower rice, onion, seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Fill each leaf with approximately ¼ cup mixture.
- Roll up each leaf like a burrito.
- Spoon a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of pan..
- Add the cabbage rolls, seam-side down.
- Poured the rest of the sauce on top.
- Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6 in crock pot.
- You can also freeze these for later use! This made 12 cabbage rolls for me.
